Break Away Bars
Ingredients needed:
1 sleeve Saltine crackers
2 sticks of butter or margerine
1 cup sugar
1 PKG Chocolate Chips (you can try different varieties)
Line cookie sheet with foil
line the foil with the crackers , salt side up
Mix
butter & sugar in saucepan over med heat exactly 5 mins from start of boil then pour over crackers as evenly as possible
bake in oven at 400 degrees for about 4-5 mins until lightly brown
while on cooling rack or counter top spread bag of chocolate chip as evenly as possible let stand for about 5 mins if that using a spatula spread melted chocolate more evenly
place in refrigerator until firm
Break into pieces
NOTE: like coconut spinkle on the melted chocolate before placing in the fridge, nuts sure, toffee bits, why not??? anythign you want the possibilities are endless and totally up to you, milk chocolate, dark? peanut butter? hmmmm mint? oh yeah!
You may want to keep stored in the fridge (if theres any left of course)

Roll Top Socks
cast on 112 stitches
join together
knit 2 tog around
knit length of leg
work 1/2 stitches for heel back and forth
row 1 slip 1, k1
row 2 slip 1 purl across
repeat for 2o rows or 1 1/2
turn heel
knit 1/2 stitches +2, k2 tog, k1 turn
slip 1 purl 6 purl 2 tog, purl one turn
continue and knit 2 tog at each gap
continue until all stitches have been used or use heel techinique desired
knit across row,
knit 1/2 stitches and pick up along heel flap for gusset, knit the next 2 needles
forth needle pick up along heel flap and oather 1/2 stitches in 1st needle
row 1 knit across 1st needle to last 2 sts knit 2 tog, k1
needles 2 & 3 knit
needle 4 k1, k2 tog knit remainer
contiue until equal amount on needles
continuing knitting each row until 1 1/2 inches for length of foot for toe decreasing
row 1 knit to last 2 k2 tog k1, needles 2 & 3 knit
needle 4 k1, k2 tog, knit remainder
row 2 knit all sts
continue these 2 rows until 8 stitches left on each needle or until you desire for toe
graft toe
make sock 2
