A delicious summer must have dessert, great anytime especially those BBQs. Very light. Perfect for any occasion even tea time!

Prep Time: 20-30 minutes
chill until set
Serving Size: 8-12

Ingredients
  • 1 box lemon pudding/pie filling mix
  • 1 cup VERY strongly brewed Ceylon Sonata Tea
  • 1/2 box graham crackers (honey taste good)
  • 1 package soft cream cheese
  • 1 couple tbl spoonfuls of softly melted butter or margarine
  • 1 tub of cool whipped topping
  • assortment of sliced, crushed nuts if desired (optional)

Directions
Spray well a 9x12 baking dish

Finely or to almost fine crush graham crackers in a bowl add soft melted margarine until crumbly. Press into bottom of greased pan

bake 350 just until lightly browned

mix and cook pudding/pie mix in saucepan according to box directions for meringue replacing half the liquid with the brewed tea

let set for a few minutes
while waiting spread cream cheese over graham crackers then spread the filling over it

Spread the whipped cream next then sprinkle the nut mixture as desired

chill until ready to serve

Enjoy!

Great with a cuppa Raspberry Lime Ricky garnished with a couple slices of fresh lime!
